For more than fifteen years, I worked in HR, recruiting and executive search, helping companies identify exceptional people for important roles. What I enjoyed most was never reviewing CVs. It was understanding people — their ambitions, values and what truly mattered to them.

Over the years, one conversation stayed with me.

I heard similar stories again and again, particularly from accomplished women who had built successful careers but found it increasingly difficult to meet a partner who truly matched their life, values and ambitions.

That curiosity led me to explore relationship psychology, learn from internationally recognised matchmakers and ultimately develop a different approach to private matchmaking.

Today, as the founder of Poise & Privée, an international private matchmaking boutique based in Munich. Focused on successful female clients  I combine more than fifteen years of executive search experience with a trusted international network to identify exceptional men beyond the reach of traditional matchmaking. 

 

Currently pursuing professional matchmaker certification with the Global Love Institute (GLI), I work personally with every client to provide a discreet, thoughtful and highly personalised search.
