Why I Created Poise & Privée
For more than fifteen years, I worked in Executive Search, helping companies identify exceptional leaders. Over time, I realised that many accomplished women faced an equally challenging search: finding the right life partner.
That observation led me to study relationship psychology, behavioural science and modern dating, ultimately developing an individual Search Method — a highly personalised approach to international private matchmaking for accomplished women.
Today, I combine executive search expertise, an international network and relationship psychology to provide discreet, highly personalised international matchmaking for women seeking a partner who truly aligns with their life, values and ambitions.
